In-Person
Working with me in person offers a grounded, relational experience that goes beyond sitting across from each other in a traditional office. My space is intentionally designed to feel warm, calming, and connected to nature, creating an environment where you can exhale and show up as you are. Sessions are collaborative and paced with care—I meet you with curiosity, compassion, and respect for your unique story. Whether we’re talking, sitting in quiet reflection, or engaging more actively, the focus is always on helping you feel safe, seen, and supported as you move through your process.
I integrate a variety of approaches including person-centered therapy, parts work, EMDR, and trauma-informed care, tailoring each session to what feels most helpful and accessible for you in the moment. In-person sessions also allow for more experiential work—this might look like grounding exercises, movement, or incorporating the natural environment around us. For clients who are interested, I offer walk-and-talk therapy and animal-assisted sessions, creating opportunities to connect with yourself in ways that feel organic and less clinical.
One of the unique aspects of my practice is the presence of therapy animals. You may find a dog resting nearby, or have the option to interact with other animals as part of your healing process. Animals can offer a regulating, comforting presence and often help clients access emotions or experiences in a different way. Whether you prefer a more traditional seated session or a more dynamic, nature-based experience, we’ll create a rhythm together that feels supportive, intentional, and aligned with your needs.
Note: Our in-person office is currently relocating—stay tuned for details on our new space and grand opening. In the meantime, sessions are available virtually via Zoom or in person through walk-and-talk sessions at a local park.
